Dr. Todd H.M. Mirzai is a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in performing the safest and most innovative surgical and non-surgical procedures. Dr. Mirzai was raised on Maui and received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College in Manhattan. He completed his training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Southern California.

Dr. Bao L. Phan is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is a native of Texas, where prior to his arrival to Hawaii, he was in private practice. Having been a regular visitor of the islands over the years, it was the beauty and warmth of the people that drew him to join Dr. Mirzai and practice his art in Hawaii. Dr. Phan obtained his bachelor of science degree at Baylor University where he graduated magna cum laude. He then completed his medical doctor degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He then accepted a position at the University of Southern California where he completed his training in general surgery followed by fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Phan now practices primarily out of Kauai.

Kelly Uyehara
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
   Kelly Uyehara, certified aesthetician, has worked for Mirzai / Phan Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics Center for over two years. Kelly obtained her aesthetician training from the International School of Beauty and Esthetique in May 2004 where she studied the art of proper skin care technique.
   Prior to her aesthetician training, Kelly worked at Kaiser Permanente’s Moanalua Adult Medicine clinic as a Medical Assistant. While she very much enjoyed educating patients on a wealth of healthcare issues, she felt her calling was in the field of beauty and skin care.
    Kelly has undergone trainings with the most reputable of skincare product lines, such as Eminence, SkinCeuticals, Skin Medica and Epicuren. She attends national conference on skin care annually, where she further adds to her knowledge and understanding of skin care. She is skilled in a multitude of skin care techniques such as microdermabrasion; chemical peels; specialty facials for acne, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation; and permanent hair reduction.
Kelly works Monday thru Saturday at Mirzai / Phan Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics Center on Oahu and is always available to help answer any questions related to skin care. Rachelle Rendon - Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Rachelle received her training from Maui's Spa Luna and graduated in the sping of 2001. She immediately began working as an aesthetician for the Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa, Anara Spa, in Kauai. She has worked for Mirzai / Phan Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics Center for over one year, where she is able to perform a variety of therapeutic and rejuvenating spa facials such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facials to improve hyperpigmentation and acne. She is experienced in the Eminence, SkinCeuticals, Epicuren, and Skin Medica product lines and uses many of these skin care products in her facials.

Rachelle was born and raised on Kauai where she enjoys spending time with her family in the mountains or on the beach. Rachelle is available by appointment only at the Lihue office located at 3214 Akahi Street or call 245-5054 for availability.

Andrea Armstrong - Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Andrea graduated in the Spring of 2001 from Spa Luna's Esthetician training school in Maui. She has since worked for the Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa, Anara Spa, in Kauai. She has extensive training in a variety of spa facials and services that include European skincare techniques, hot/cold stone treatments, and facial rejuvenation using accupressure points and waxing. She has experience in the Eminence, Epicuren, Skin Ceuticals, and Skin Medica skin care lines, and incorporates a variety of these lines into her facials and client treatment plans. Andrea enjoys implementing reflexology, lymphatic drainage and/or myo-facial release in her treatments. She has worked for Mirzai / Phan Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics Center for over a year and continues to grow in the aesthetics field, passing her knowledge on to her clients.

Andrea was born and raised on Kauai and enjoys hiking, bike riding, going to the beach, and spending quality time with her husband and two sons. Andrea is available by appointment at the office located in Lihue at 3214 Akahi Street or call 245-5054 for an appointment.
